Pausing on Recruitment

Thank you for  your interest in the Covid-19 Clinical Assessment Service (CCAS).  With the support of your colleagues, we have recruited sufficient clinicians to ensure that the service is able to meet the current and anticipated future demand.  As we move in to a new phase of the pandemic where we have seen the infection rate remain low, we are now pausing on recruitment of GPs, nurses, paramedics and physiotherapists.

We thank you for your interest and will update the site should the situation change and we need to recruit new clinicians in the coming months.

WHAT ID & DOCUMENTATION DO I NEED & HOW DO I SEND THIS ACROSS?

You will be required to complete the ‘My HR Data form’ with all your personal information to enable us to create a contract of employment and pay record as a result of this it will confirm what documents you will need to produce to adhere to the legislative required check (e.g. passport, proof of address etc). A full list of required documents can be found on the “My HR Data Form” (Link).

You will be required to arrange to take your documents to your local GP Surgery for verification of documents. All GP surgeries  have been communicated that they will be required to confirm the checking requirements - The surgery staff will take  copies of the verified documents  emailing with checklist to: This email address is being protected from spambots. Failure to supply the correct checks will delay your commencement

HOW LONG WILL IT TAKE FOR THE CHECKS TO TAKE PLACE & CONTRACTS ISSUED?

On receipt of verified documents the team will check to ensure that the documents are accurate and will communicate confirmation with you (this should be within 48 hours of receipt of receiving your documents).  Your documents will be used to launch the full enhanced DBS check. You will be contacted by Atlantic Data via email to complete the required information.
